Delivery areas

We deliver to Germany, all countries of the European Union and Switzerland.

Within the EU we deliver to: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

Shipping costs and delivery times

All prices include statutory VAT.

Deliveries to Switzerland

For deliveries to Switzerland, German VAT does not apply. The price is reduced accordingly in your cart as soon as you enter a Swiss delivery address.

Swiss import VAT and a customs clearance fee charged by the carrier apply on import instead. These are collected directly by the carrier on delivery and are not included in our prices.

Delivery periods

Unless a different period is stated in the product description, the delivery times above apply from order confirmation, i.e. from the time of your payment instruction.

Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.

If you order items with different delivery times, we ship them together in one parcel unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.
