Delivery takes place within Germany and to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Spain, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal.

Shipping (including statutory VAT)

Deliveries within Germany:

Silk masks: 2.20, - registered mail

Everything else: We do not charge shipping costs within Germany (except German islands).

Deliveries abroad and German islands:

We calculate the shipping costs abroad, as well as on German islands as a flat rate as follows:

Austria: € 20.00
Belgium: € 20.00
Spain: € 20.00
France: € 20.00
Italy: € 20.00
Luxembourg: € 20.00
Netherlands: € 20.00
Portugal: € 20.00

German islands: € 20.00

From an order value of 500.00 € we deliver free of charge abroad.

We ship worldwide on request!

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the item description, the goods are delivered in Germany within 1-3 days, for international deliveries within 5 - 7 days after confirmation of the order (after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made any different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time you have ordered.

If you pick it up yourself, we will inform you by email about the provision of the goods and the collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
